Die-Cut vs Kiss-Cut Stickers: What is the Difference?
Both look great, but they are cut differently. Here is how to decide between die-cut and kiss-cut stickers for your brand.

Custom stickers are one of the most cost-effective ways to spread your brand. But when you order, you'll often be asked to choose between die-cut and kiss-cut. Here's what that means.
Die-cut stickers
Die-cut stickers are cut all the way through the vinyl and the backing paper, following the exact outline of your design. The result is a sticker that is the same shape as your artwork - perfect for logos, mascots and illustrations.
Best for: handing out at events, including in orders and selling individually.
Kiss-cut stickers
Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the vinyl only, leaving the backing intact. You get a neat border around the sticker which protects the edges and makes peeling easier.
Best for: retail packs, intricate designs with thin parts and sticker sheets.
Which should you choose?
If you want maximum visual impact, go die-cut. If your design has delicate details or you want extra space for branding on the backing, choose kiss-cut.
