Frequently asked questions
What file formats should I send?
Print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, CDR or high-resolution PNG files work best. Please include 3 mm bleed and outline your fonts. Not sure? Send what you have and our prepress team will check it for free.
I don't have a design. Can you help?
Absolutely. Our in-house designers can create labels, stickers and packaging artwork from your logo and ideas. Basic adjustments are free, and full design is quoted separately.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. Every order includes a digital proof for your approval. Nothing is printed until you are happy with it.
Which label material should I choose?
Paper labels are great for dry products and short-term use. For anything exposed to water, oil, fridges or bathrooms, choose vinyl or BOPP with lamination. Kraft gives a natural look, and clear labels offer a premium no-label effect.

Are your labels waterproof?
Our vinyl and BOPP labels with lamination are fully waterproof and oil resistant. Standard paper labels are water resistant only when laminated.
