Frequently asked questions
What file formats should I send?
Print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, CDR or high-resolution PNG files work best. Please include 3 mm bleed and outline your fonts. Not sure? Send what you have and our prepress team will check it for free.
I don't have a design. Can you help?
Absolutely. Our in-house designers can create labels, stickers and packaging artwork from your logo and ideas. Basic adjustments are free, and full design is quoted separately.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. Every order includes a digital proof for your approval. Nothing is printed until you are happy with it.
Can boxes be printed on the inside as well?
Yes. Mailer boxes and many product boxes can be printed inside and out - a great way to surprise customers with a message or pattern when they open the box.
Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?
We offer kraft and recycled boards, paper tape, acid-free tissue and plastic-free paper bags. Ask us about the most sustainable option for your product.
