What file formats should I send?
Print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, CDR or high-resolution PNG files work best. Please include 3 mm bleed and outline your fonts. Not sure? Send what you have and our prepress team will check it for free.
I don't have a design. Can you help?
Absolutely. Our in-house designers can create labels, stickers and packaging artwork from your logo and ideas. Basic adjustments are free, and full design is quoted separately.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. Every order includes a digital proof for your approval. Nothing is printed until you are happy with it.
What paper do you use for hang tags?
We use heavyweight 350-400 gsm card stocks including art card, kraft, textured and recycled papers, with options for foil stamping, spot UV and rounded corners.
